Meet Pinky! We are lucky to be one of the locations for the Washed Ashore art exhibition. Washed Ashore is a non-profit that aims to educate people about plastic pollution in the oceans. Pinky is made from debris finished from the ocean and is one of many sculptures on display around Galveston. Visit Galveston has a “scavenger hunt” running until March 5 for people who tour the 20-plus sculptures and scan the QR codes at each. You might be able to win a prize. Even if you don’t, you can have your own object hunt and try to spot all the different things Pinky is made from. We have some clues to help you out!
